Orders are custom printed once a week. Please allow up to 7 days for your item(s) to be created.

Shipping time can then be calculated as follows: If you choose the Ground shipping option ($9), your order will take 3-5 days for delivery to addresses east of the Rockies and 5-7 days for those west of the Rockies, in addition to item production time. If you choose the expedited option ($40), your order will be rushed after the production time.

Holiday shipping: The last day for Guaranteed delivery via Ground will be December 16th. The last day for Expedited shipping will be December 21st for all orders

We ship via UPS Ground and Expedited from Charlotte, North Carolina. We ship only within the 48 continental states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

All custom monogram orders are final sale. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.
